JCP's injection mold production and mold making department consists of over 150 state of the art machines including EDM, CNC. mill ing, grinding, hydrolic and electric injection machines. We have the capacity to produce over 1500 molds per year and export molds mainly to Europe, Japan & North America. Our mold design manager has over 30 years experience in the industry workign along side our European product designers to ensure the best mold for your product is made. Our mass production injection facility produce parts for automotie, medical and electronic industry.

JCP Technology has a state of the art automatic production for electronic product production with our photoelectric, electronic product lines achieving large-scale fully automated functionality. Our 12 Japanese PCB SMT lines produces hundreds of thousands of PCB per day for many different devices such as phone chargers, wireless chargers, electronic machines, Bluetooth and wireless smart products. Our large assembly department has over 200 assembly staff assembling electronic products that include metal, plastic, electronics, packaging. With quality control procedures at multiple stages in all assembly processes, follow strict assembly SOP for every production.
